Your goals will be to

  • Manage and grow sales throughout our regional consumer sales operations and warrant that the countries reach their budgets
  • Ensure that the customer loves the process and wants to come back
  • Build processes and create organizational structure including hiring, reporting, training processes
  • Establish a winning sales and advisory culture
  • Safeguard profitability of our calls through rigorous analysis of sales processes and economics, making the necessary adjustments and enhance cross- and up-selling

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Travel the world and take ownership of projects, processes and positions wherever the business requires it most urgently
  • Work very hands on with the Chief Sales Officer to build best-in-class call centers
  • Learn and show the way for the agents and their coaches, including taking calls yourself
  • Analyze and define campaigns for our sales and advisory teams
  • Develop cross- and up-selling strategies
  • Build hiring and training platform across the region
  • Work closely with the regional CSO and broader management team to learn from the best talent in the industry

You should be

  • Experienced (+2 years) in consulting, investment banking or private equity
  • Flexible, willing to travel the world, including living somewhere else tomorrow for minimum 6 months
  • Top-ranked academically as well as during professional career
  • Outgoing and a natural sales person
  • Hands-on and willing to learn how to grow a successful sales organization
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to take on tasks independently
  • Keen to work in a highly dynamic and international environment
  • Perfectly fluent in English (both written and verbal)
