Your goals will be to

  • Help consumers finding the best insurance, banking and telecom products for their needs
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business
  • Drive the performance of our outbound call centers and exceed sales targets

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Assist our customers and helping them to save time, money and effort
  • Building rapport with our customers and establish which products are of interest to them
  • Advise customers on the various products available to them in the market (whole of market offer)
  • Help customers by going through qualifying criteria in order to assess suitability of the product
  • Learn about relevant products across insurance, banking and telecommunication, and become an expert in different product categories
  • Checking customer details on the phone and updating the relevant systems
  • Take advantage of our training and development opportunities

You should be

  • Experienced in similar roles at an outbound call center
  • Excited to provide a positive customer experience and helping clients to save time, money and effort
  • Self-starter and able to think on your feet
  • Keen to work to targets and have a hunger for bonus
  • Aspiring to progress your career in the financial services / telecommunications industry
  • Looking to work in a fun, highly dynamic and international environment
  • Native Spanish speaker
