Your goals will be to

  • Identify and recruit talented colleagues
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, when new colleagues join the Lisbon office
  • Contribute to the personal and professional development of the colleagues
  • Continuously improve the office environment

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Identify the recruiting needs of each country team
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline (relationships with Universities and job portals, initial contact with the potential recruits, first screening interview, management of the recruiting process, contracts)
  • Welcome the new joiners and ease their settling-in in Portugal, by coordinating relationships with the Portuguese institutions
  • Plan and help execute the training programme, both during the first week for new joiners, and over time
  • Coordinate the performance review process
  • Support the management team to identify corrective actions to improve performance of colleagues
  • Coordinate the main HR-related activities for the Lisbon office (e.g., holiday schedule planning, contract renewals, etc.)
  • Propose and organize office activities to encourage camaraderie and team building

You should be

  • Outgoing and energetic
  • Empathetic, and able to understand people from different countries and cultural background
  • Self-starter with ability to take on tasks independently and great team-player
  • Well organised, detail oriented
  • Perfectly fluent in English
  • Ideally Portuguese nationality
  • 1-3 years experience in HR and Recruiting is a plus, but not a must
